Furniture Manufacturing Built Around Your Product
MST provides three ways to work together—OEM Manufacturing, ODM Development, and Custom Product Development—supported by one integrated team from initial review through production and shipment.
OEM Manufacturing
Your Design, Manufactured to Your Specification
OEM is suited to customers with an established product design, technical drawings, material specifications, and defined performance requirements.
MST reviews the documentation before production begins to identify construction requirements, material considerations, manufacturing tolerances, finishing standards, hardware details, packaging needs, and potential production risks.
Once the product has been confirmed through sampling and approval, our teams coordinate sourcing, manufacturing, finishing, inspection, packing, and export preparation within a controlled production process.
OEM programs may include individual products, complete collections, private-label ranges, repeat orders, and higher-volume retail programs.
You Provide
- Technical drawings or production-ready specifications

ODM Development
A Faster Route to a Differentiated Collection
ODM is designed for brands, retailers, and distributors looking for furniture concepts that can be developed and adapted for their market.
Customers may begin with an existing MST concept, select from products under development, or work with our team to create a new range around a specific commercial direction.
Dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, construction details, packaging, and product combinations can be adjusted to suit the customer’s brand, price position, target market, and distribution requirements.
MST then refines the selected direction through engineering, prototyping, costing, and production planning before the product moves into manufacturing.
The result is not simply a standard product with a new finish. It is a product or collection developed to balance brand identity, market relevance, manufacturing efficiency, and repeatable quality.
ODM Can Include
- Review of concepts, sketches, and references
- Product and construction development
- Technical drawings and 3D modeling
- Material and hardware recommendations
- Value engineering
- Prototype and finish-sample development
- Testing, review, and refinement
- Preparation for repeat production
Custom Product Development
We Turn Your Vision into Reality
Custom development is for customers who want to create an original product but do not yet have a complete manufacturing package.
The starting point may be a written brief, sketch, rendering, reference image, material direction, design intent, or preliminary drawing.
MST works with the customer to understand the intended use, appearance, construction, target market, quality expectations, price parameters, and production quantities. Our development team then translates that information into a product that can be engineered, sampled, evaluated, and manufactured consistently.
Throughout development, design decisions are considered alongside material behavior, structural requirements, tooling, finishing, assembly, packaging, and production efficiency.
This collaborative process allows the product to retain its original character while resolving the technical details necessary for reliable manufacturing.
Development Support Includes
- Selection from MST-developed concepts
- Adaptation of dimensions and proportions
- Alternative materials and finishes
- Hardware and construction modifications
- Development of coordinated collections
- Retail packaging and private-label requirements
- Market- or customer-specific product versions
One Team From Development to Delivery
Managing product development and manufacturing through one organization reduces the gaps that can occur when design, engineering, production, finishing, quality control, and packaging are handled separately.
MST’s teams work from shared product information and approved standards, allowing decisions made during development to carry through into production.
This creates greater continuity across the program, clearer responsibility at each stage, and a more controlled transition from the first sample to repeat orders.
Bring Us Your Project At Any Stage
Whether your product is ready for production or still taking shape, MST can help define the next steps and build a clear path toward manufacturing.
